Yoga on a stand up paddle board is new, fun and great for your core strength and overall fitness. Emma is delighted to be offering this exciting practice on the Isle of Wight, teaching programmes with the local water sports centres around the Solent. Normally enjoyed at dawn or dusk, when the water is at its most still, this can be a life-affirming experience. No previous practice of either yoga or paddle boarding is required, simply an undeniable zest for life – ideal for hen parties looking for activity ideas on the Isle of Wight. Please contact me for more details.
