As more folk look to be self-sufficient in their practice, I have been asked to create yoga classes online as a resource for you. This is only possible through your on-going support and generosity. Who is this for? My local students, past and present. Have you missed class recently? Here you will find an offering to bide you over until we can practice alongside each other again. Practitioners whom I teach on retreats, workshops and intensives, here is a way to continue the momentum of your work until next time. Friends of friends can also now unroll their mats too, trusting in the recommendations of their peers, rather than wasting hours of scrolling through unknown content online.
The content reflects my teaching of hatha yoga, and also the yoga for athletes, runners and cyclists I teach after regularly enjoying triathlons. Somewhat old school, I believe a yoga practice includes, asana done mindfully with clarity, pranayama, meditation and relaxation.
Whilst this medium can't replace the work we do directly with each other, student and teacher face to face, it is still beneficial to be lead in the practice of yoga, reminded of the aspects we've forgotten on the way. Here I hope you will find inspiration and confidence in the real work of self-practice, alone on your mat, exploring the wisdom of your sadhana.
