Yoga holidays and retreats on Isle of Wight. Nestled in the centre of the island, these period properties have panelled halls with burning log fires, to sit besides, read, relax and restore. The bespoke yoga spaces overlook parklands and hillside. This warm, congenial accommodation is perfect for relaxing, whilst stunning walks take you up onto the downs to enjoy the island’s seascape 360 degrees around. I relish moving beyond asana and teaching the revealing cocktail of pranayama, asana and meditation during these immersions.

This year the weekend can be added to the below 5 days to facilitate a week on the island and a relaxed start to the meditation week.

5 day Yoga & Meditation Retreat at Northcourt House. This is an immersive retreat for a more serious yogic enquiry. There will be silence each morning and one full day of silence on the Wednesday and longer twice daily meditation and pranayama sessions than my weekends allow. When we practice with the purpose of deep inner listening, there is a supportive sweet clarity that emerges and a healing that happens in the quiet.
