There are some key benefits from scheduling a one to one yoga practice with me as your teacher: private yoga classes will support your intentions, maybe integrating yoga and the associated benefits into your life, perhaps it can be the start of a home practice, or are you simply looking to create a precious hour for you in your busy schedule? It can help to lift your practice to a new level as the tuition is tailored specifically to help you traverse confidently and safely to new territory, expanding your perceived boundaries. My sessions will focus on what will support you most on that given day.
Practitioners can learn to therapeutically navigate injuries and specific health concerns, to begin their yoga practice with a sense of real possibility and hope.
