SUP Yoga on a stand up paddle board is new, fun and great for your core strength and overall fitness. Emma teachers SUP Yoga on the Isle of Wight, teaching programmes in Bembridge with Tackt-Isle Adventures. Normally enjoyed at dawn or dusk, when the water is at its most still, this can be a life-affirming experience. No previous practice of either yoga or paddle boarding is required, simply an undeniable zest for life – ideal for family gatherings or hen or stag parties looking for activity ideas on the Isle of Wight.
